Rain, wind and warming: the forecast for November 6
Uzhydromet has published the weather forecast for November 6: during the day no precipitation is expected across the country, however rain is possible in places in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, and in the afternoon — in Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh and Syrdarya regions. This is reported by Daryo.uz citing data from the hydrometeorological service.
Wind, temperature and mountain areas
According to the forecast, wind will blow at 7–12 m/s, strengthening in places to 13–18 m/s, in some areas with drifting dust. Daytime temperature will reach 22–27 degrees Celsius. In Tashkent, rain is possible in the evening with wind of 5–10 m/s and a temperature of 24–26 degrees. Separately, Uzhydromet warns about foothill and mountain areas: there rain will fall in places, heavy in some areas, turning into snow in the high mountains. Mudflow and flood events are possible; the temperature in the mountains will be 13–18 degrees Celsius.
What is important to keep in mind
The forecast combines noticeable warming to 22–27 degrees with precipitation and strong wind, and for residents of foothill and mountain areas the key point is the warning about possible mudflow and flood events — this is the only signal of potential danger in the forecast, not just a description of the weather. In the capital, precipitation is expected only in the evening, so the daytime part of the day in Tashkent will pass without rain.
