Detention during a walk and the journey through the authorities

In Moscow, a man named Dmitry was detained on the morning of November 5 while walking his dog and taken to a mobilization assembly point. This became known to the Telegram channel 'Ostorozhno, Moskva' (Careful, Moscow), citing the words of the detainee's relatives. According to their account, a district police officer allowed the man to take the animal home, after which he took him to the military enlistment office of the South-Western Administrative District, and then to the OMVD (police department) of the Gagarinsky District.

Fitness category without a medical examination

Initially, the detainee was going to be charged under Article 19.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code for disobeying a police officer, but the case was ultimately not opened. Later, Dmitry was transferred to the Unified Conscription Point on Yablochkova Street, and then to the assembly point on Ugreshskaya Street. According to the lawyer, the man refused to undergo a medical examination, believing that he had not been summoned in the established manner — and as a result, he was assigned fitness category A1 without even being examined.

Information about summonses and the lawyer's appeals

It is known that the man is registered for military service in the Arkhangelsk Region, and the electronic registry contains no information about summonses. Recently, he reported that a military unit is being selected for him and that he cannot leave the assembly point. The lawyer sent appeals to the prosecutor's office and the military investigative directorate of the Investigative Committee. Separately, Gazeta.Ru mentions an earlier case: a young resident of St. Petersburg was detained over drugs and sent to the front, being forced to sign a contract.
