Video chats with Muse are now available to everyone in the US

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, Meta announced that Muse Voice — calls and video chats with its consumer AI agent Muse — is now available to all users in the US. Connection to the upcoming Muse Charm device

The launch of video chats came shortly before Meta's plan to release by the end of the year a wearable device in the spirit of a Tamagotchi for the Muse agent — TechCrunch reported on it in September. The device's small screen will display a digital avatar that users can talk to and assign tasks to. Meta notes that real-time conversations are already supported on mobile platforms, on the web, and on Mac, and will later come to the company's AI glasses and the upcoming Muse Charm device.
