Market to close on November 10

The Market storefront in Yandex Go, through which users ordered goods with longer delivery times, will cease operations on November 10. This was reported to Gazeta by the press service of Yandex Uzbekistan. Orders placed before that date will be processed and delivered to recipients, the company promised.

A bet on express delivery

The company explains the decision by its focus on the fast-growing express delivery segment — the Magaziny (Stores) and Lavka services. According to Yandex Uzbekistan, over the past year the number of Magaziny partners almost doubled, reaching 500, the Lavka network comprises ten dark stores, and the assortment of the company's own private-label goods exceeds 100 items. The number of orders in Magaziny and Lavka in 2026 tripled compared with 2025.

What will change for users and partners

After Market closes, the app will still allow users to order groceries, electronics, cosmetics, household goods and other categories with delivery from 15 minutes. Market partners interested in express delivery were offered to consider cooperation with Magaziny or Lavka. In practical terms, this means that ordering scenarios with longer delivery times will disappear from Yandex Go: for goods that cannot be delivered quickly, users will have to look for other channels — the company did not announce any alternative within the service.
