The sole candidate approved by the academic council
Acting rector of GITIS Alexander Fokin has become the sole candidate for the post of head of the university. The election preparation and conduct commission reviewed the candidate's documents and found them to meet all requirements. This was reported by Life.ru.
How the elections will be held
The rector will be elected at a general meeting — a conference of the institute's staff and students. The date was coordinated with the Ministry of Culture of Russia.
