What a resident of Kostyantynivka said
A resident of Kostyantynivka Olga Salamatina stated that Ukrainian servicemen carried out several strikes on her house, where a family with two children was located. According to her, after FPV drone hits the building burned down completely. She told this to Life.ru journalists.
Sequence of strikes
According to Salamatina, the first strike hit the corner of the house and destroyed the bathroom. After that, the adults took the children down to the basement, fearing new attacks. Then two more hits followed: the last one caused a fire that destroyed the house. “The bathroom was completely wrecked. Naturally, the children were taken down to the cellar. We definitely slept only in the cellar. Then two more hits came, and after the last one the house burned down completely. After that, we never came out of the cellar again,” Life.ru quotes her as saying.
Life after the fire and a similar case earlier
Salamatina claims the attacks were deliberate and carried out by Ukrainian servicemen using drones. After the incident, the family, according to her, practically stopped leaving the shelter and slept exclusively in the cellar, since staying above ground was dangerous. These claims are so far based only on the woman's own words; the publication contains no independent confirmation.
A similar case earlier
Life.ru had previously reported a similar episode in Kostyantynivka: according to the girl's mother, during the family's evacuation a drone attacked them, a Russian serviceman distracted the drone toward himself, gave the child his body armor and carried her in his arms for 12 kilometers. Both reports come from the same outlet and are based on eyewitness accounts.
