Incident in Krasnodar

An investigation is underway in Krasnodar following an attack on a man who asked his neighbors to lower the volume of their karaoke. The incident occurred in a high-rise building on Grigory Bulgakov Street: after one of the residents requested silence, four men rushed at him, brutally beat him, and attempted to seize his phone. The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) of Krasnodar Krai has confirmed the launch of an investigation into this incident.

Similar conflicts in other regions

Gazeta.Ru notes that this is not the only such case in the country. Previously, in Novokuznetsk, a woman suffered serious injuries after making a remark to neighbors about smoking in the stairwell: the partner of one of the neighbors beat her, requiring medical attention for the victim; she received 12 stitches, sustained injuries to her knee and neck, and began to stutter due to stress. Additionally, in Ufa, a case was recorded where guests were beaten with bottles for refusing to try drugs.
