To warn debtors, 79.3 million SMS notifications were sent, and 2.4 million calls were made through the 'Autorobot' system. Thanks to timely notification of debt, 1.2 million enforcement proceedings were completed within the voluntary period. A search was declared automatically for 1.8 million vehicles. Through Virtual and Public Reception Offices, 49,611 appeals were received regarding alimony enforcement documents, of which 32,598 were resolved. As a result of targeted work, the number of appeals for alimony collection decreased by 7,526, and for debt and damage collection by 3,507.
Significance of the figures
According to the Bureau, the increase in collected amounts by 14.4 trillion soums and the high share of voluntary enforcement (2.2 trillion soums without coercive mechanisms, 1.2 million proceedings closed after notifications) indicate an expanded coverage of enforcement proceedings and the effect of digitalization. For citizens, this means faster receipt of alimony and reinstated payments; for businesses, debt recovery; and for the state, increased revenues. The report covers the elapsed period of 2026; final annual figures and a comparison with the full previous year have not yet been published.
