Former press secretary to Volodymyr Zelensky Yuliia Mendel accused the Ukrainian authorities of letting corruption become the foundation of the country's economy. Her statement on the social network X followed a report by La Repubblica that Italy had frozen the 13th package of military aid to Kyiv.
