Young Russians name the most desirable benefits from employers
A joint study by SuperJob, Ingosstrakh and Bud Zdorov showed: among Russians under 35, the most sought-after additions to salary are voluntary health insurance (51%), company-funded training (41%) and housing assistance (29%). The survey covered 3,000 economically active Russians.
