Court rejects xAI's attempt to dismiss NAACP lawsuit over air pollution at Colossus data center
A federal judge has denied xAI's motion to dismiss the NAACP lawsuit over the operation of gas turbines without permits near Memphis. Earlier, the court had already rejected a similar motion from the U.S. Department of Justice.
