Turkey Expects $70 Billion in Tourism Revenue in 2027 and Sixth Place Worldwide
According to Turkey's 2027 draft budget, tourism spending has been increased to $244.5 million. Revenue targets: $70 billion in 2027, $73.5 billion in 2028, and $78.5 billion in 2029. In 2025 a record of $65.2 billion was set, while the 2026 target was lowered from $68 billion to $65 billion due to the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East.
