A Scottish ecologist fights for the right to keep a rescued badger
Ecologist Graeme Wilson from Denholm, Scotland, rescued a badger cub named Harriet, found emaciated in a cattle trough, and is now contesting NatureScot's refusal to grant him an educational licence to keep her. The agency is seeking a 'pragmatic solution', while the British Wildlife Rehabilitation Council opposes the permanent keeping of wild animals.
