Climatologist Klimenko: Winter in Moscow May Become One of the Warmest in 250 Years
RAS Academician Vladimir Klimenko predicts that the upcoming winter in Moscow will be 1.5–2.5 degrees warmer than the climate norm and may rank among the top ten or even top five warmest in 250 years of observations. At the same time, 20–25% more snow than usual is expected to fall.
