Russian singer Vika Tsyganova has been included in the open War and Sanctions database maintained by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense. The artist's profile cites her public support for the SMO, performances at patriotic concerts, trips to Crimea and Donbas, as well as her role as a trusted representative in Vladimir Putin's 2018 presidential campaign.
