South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said Seoul conveyed its position to Washington after General Xavier Brunson stated that, from the UN Command's perspective, South Korean territory begins at the southern boundary of the DMZ. The UN Command said that Seoul's sovereignty is not in question.
