HRC head Fadeev proposed reinstating exams in all key subjects at schools
Valery Fadeev, head of the Council under the President of Russia for Human Rights, said that limiting final assessment to three USE subjects is 'absurd' and proposed reinstating exams in key disciplines while shortening the curricula. The list of subjects has yet to be determined.
