Bayer wins first Roundup trial after U.S. Supreme Court ruling
Jurors in St. Louis unanimously rejected the claims of three women who linked the glyphosate-based herbicide Roundup to non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This is the first verdict after the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that limited claims about the product's labeling. Bayer is still awaiting a court decision on its $7.25 billion settlement covering tens of thousands of other lawsuits.
