In Bashkiria, a 17-year-old murder was solved thanks to an inscription written in blood on tiles
In Sterlitamak in 2009, a woman was killed while on her way to an apartment purchase deal carrying money. Before dying, she wrote the killer's name in blood on the tiles, but the inscription could only be deciphered now — it reads 'Albina'. The victim's friend, previously considered the main suspect, confessed; she has been charged with murder and placed under house arrest.
