Criminal case opened after gyroplane crash in Tver Region
A criminal case has been opened in the Tver Region over the crash of a homemade gyroplane that killed a person. The investigation is being conducted by the Western Interregional Investigative Directorate for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia; expert examinations have been ordered, and the transport prosecutor's office is checking compliance with safety requirements.
