Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmitruk, who left Ukraine in 2024, claimed that torture chambers are widespread across the country and published a video of the basement premises of a TRC distribution point in Dnipro. The statement came amid a scandal surrounding a facility in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, which the authorities, according to SHOT, called a «military facility.»
