Putin ordered the creation of a 'Time of Heroes' program for SVO fighters without higher education

President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Presidential Administration and the Government of the Russian Federation to develop a special training program for participants in the special operation who do not have a higher education. The initiative is aimed at creating conditions for the career growth of this category of servicemen in civilian service, similar to the existing 'Time of Heroes' program, which requires a higher education diploma.

On National Unity Day, participants of the second cohort of the presidential program 'Time of Heroes' — a doctor, a holder of three Orders of Courage, and the deputy governor of the Jewish Autonomous Region — spoke about how mutual support manifests itself in medicine, on the front line, and in public service. The day before, Vladimir Putin, at a meeting of the Council for Interethnic Relations, proposed devising mechanisms for preserving unity after the end of the Year of Unity of the Peoples.
