Putin said Russia will continue grain supplies to Africa on a contractual and free-of-charge basis
Following the Third Russia–Africa Summit, Vladimir Putin, at a press conference with Burundian President Évariste Ndayishimiye, said that Moscow will continue supplying grain to African countries 'both under contracts and free of charge.' He also touched on energy cooperation, UN Security Council reform, and a recent conversation with the leaders of Finland and Norway.
