The StandardX hotel with a free-fall attraction and observation deck to be built in Times Square
The StandardX brand (owned by Hyatt) has announced a hotel in New York's Times Square: the opening is scheduled for the second half of 2028, with 1,800 rooms, a free-fall attraction, an observation deck above 1,000 feet and a rooftop pool. It will be the second StandardX in the world after Melbourne.
