Finnish study links plant protein to higher testosterone in men
The University of Eastern Finland published a study of 2,546 men: the highest intake of animal protein was associated with lower total testosterone, while plant protein was associated with higher levels. The authors emphasize that these are associations, not cause-and-effect relationships, and the differences themselves are relatively small.
