FSB Detains Teenager After US Warning of Terror Threat at Tsaritsyno
On October 31, the US Embassy warned of a 'credible threat of an incident with mass casualties' at the Tsaritsyno museum-reserve in Moscow. On November 1, the FSB announced the detention of a minor who, according to the agency, had posted photos with weapons on TikTok and footage from the park captioned 'I found a place.' The park was temporarily closed; on November 1 it reopened.
