Military political scientist Alexander Perendzhiev told News.ru that Volodymyr Zelensky's statements about readiness to freeze the conflict are not backed by actions: no bill recognizing the loss of territories has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. Earlier, Zelensky in an interview with Fox News allowed for freezing the conflict along the current front line.
