A 23-year-old Russian was struck in the jaw by a surfboard while surfing in Sri Lanka at the end of October. Local doctors applied stitches but could not provide dental care: clinics refused the complex restoration, and treatment was estimated at a minimum of 100,000 rubles. He is now considering a trip to Vietnam.
