Rocket hits nine-story building in Kyiv: 16 injured, strikes on energy infrastructure amid declared truce
A rocket hit a nine-story residential building in Kyiv's Desnianskyi district, with fire engulfing the lower eight floors; 16 people were hospitalized, four in serious condition. Zelensky said the target was one of the main energy facilities — CHPP-4 — and that partners did not warn about the launch of Russian ballistic missiles. Trump rejected reports that intelligence sharing had been halted.
