State Duma staff may be cut by 15–20%, Federation Council by 10–15%
According to RBC, citing sources in both chambers of parliament, the State Duma's apparatus is preparing to cut 15–20% of staff positions, and the Federation Council 10–15%. No mass layoffs are planned: savings are intended primarily from vacant positions. At the same time, checks of deputies' aides through the Poseidon system have been tightened and an attestation has been introduced.
