Bulgaria's national security agency confirmed that unknown perpetrators set fire to Starlink antennas near Sofia

Bulgaria's State Agency for National Security confirmed an arson attack on Starlink antennas near Sofia. Agency head Plamen Tonchev said the perpetrators entered through a hole in the fence; the facility is on the list of strategic sites. Opposition politician Ivaylo Mirchev first reported the incident, claiming two masked men burned 11 of 17 antennas and suggesting Russia may be behind it. Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev denied that intelligence services had prior knowledge. This follows a similar arson in Poland in late September, which Warsaw blamed on Russian intelligence services.

The EU sees no signs that the US has stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine

EU officials say they have seen no signs that the US has stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine, while examining reports of a slowdown in Starlink's operation. The EC highlighted the Govsatcom system and negotiations to connect Ukraine to it, with commercial satellite capacities to cover needs until 2029, when the Iris-2 constellation of over 300 satellites becomes operational. Kremlin spokesman Peskov said the information remains fragmented, while Trump stated intelligence sharing had not been halted.
