Death Toll in Stampede at Durga Puja Festival in Kolkata Rises to 19

A stampede occurred in the evening during the Durga Puja festival in northern Kolkata (West Bengal). According to police, the crowd gathered because of rain. The death toll rose from 17 to 19, 25 people were injured, and one remains in critical condition.
