Greenpeace unfurls a 676 m² banner near a data center construction site in Switzerland
The protest took place at a site being built by the American company STACK Infrastructure in Beringen. Greenpeace is demanding a moratorium on new mega data centers until binding regulations are introduced and claims that two projects in Beringen could consume more electricity than the entire canton of Schaffhausen.
