Oura sues Ultrahuman again, seeking to block Ring Pro sales in the US
Oura filed a lawsuit in a Texas federal court against Ultrahuman and manufacturer SVTronics, accusing them of infringing two patents, including one issued on October 20. The suit threatens Ring Pro's return to the US market after the import ban on Ring Air was lifted. Ultrahuman has not commented on the lawsuit.
