EU introduces €2 fee on all incoming parcels from November 1
Starting November 1, the European Union will begin charging a €2 fee on all parcels imported into the EU market, regardless of their value. It is added to the €3 duty on small consignments that has been in effect since July. The reason cited is the growth of cheap imports from Chinese platforms.
