Rome postpones 'coronation' of new thieves in law after appeal by Shakro Molodoy
The gathering of criminal authorities in Rome on October 31 did not approve new 'coronations': a message from Shakro Molodoy and Badri the Kutaisi against conferring statuses led to the procedure being postponed by about a month. According to Prime Crime, 12 candidates were considered, mostly natives of Georgia.
