Share of the non-observed economy in Uzbekistan fell to 21.8% of GDP
In Uzbekistan, over the first nine months of 2026, the share of the non-observed economy fell to 21.8% of GDP, below the figures for previous periods. The report of the National Statistics Committee records structural shifts: a significant reduction in shadow processes in agriculture and construction, alongside an increase in their share in the services sector.
