Putin says 'security zone' on border with Ukraine will not be subject of peace talks
Vladimir Putin, during a visit to a command post, said that creating a 'security zone' along the border with Ukraine will not be a subject of negotiations with Kyiv. Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov reported massive strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure and troop advances, including toward the outskirts of Kramatorsk. Ukrainian authorities did not promptly comment on the statements.
