Denis Marfutin, an expert at Marshall Automotive Group, explained where and how to store a removed summer set: in Moscow and St. Petersburg, seasonal storage costs from 3,000 to 8,000 rubles. Tires without rims should be stored vertically, while mounted wheels should be stored horizontally.
