Rosstat breach: hackers publish data on Russia's losses in the war with Ukraine
The hacker groups Kiberpartizany BY and Silent Crow claimed to have breached Rosstat and stolen about 23 terabytes of data. By their calculations, Russia's losses in the war with Ukraine range from 393,881 to 450,100 dead. Meduza and Mediazona have begun verifying the authenticity of the materials.
