WSJ: Ukraine has unofficially suspended strikes on Russian refineries amid US pressure
According to the Wall Street Journal, cited by Anadolu and Gazeta.Ru, Ukraine unofficially halted attacks on Russian oil refineries in mid-October. The pause is expected to last until the US midterm elections on November 3 or longer. No official announcement of the halt to strikes has been made.
