Putin declared readiness to expand food supplies to Africa
At the Russia–Africa Forum in Moscow, Vladimir Putin stated that more than 40 African states already receive Russian grain and fertilizers, and promised to expand the geography of supplies. He also called for reforming the IMF and the World Bank to take into account the interests of developing countries.
