Putin Met with Chinese State Council Premier Li Qiang at the Constantine Palace
The 31st regular meeting of the heads of government of Russia and China took place in St. Petersburg, after which Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Chinese State Council Premier Li Qiang. The Russian delegation includes Deputy Prime Ministers Novak and Chernyshenko, Oreshkin, and Reshetnikov. The Head of the Ministry of Economic Development proposed opening border crossings for passenger cars to promote auto tourism.
