Deputy head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin said at the Russia — Africa media forum that Russian neural networks lag behind American and Chinese ones by 6–12 months, but better account for local specifics. The adaptation experience of Yandex and Sber is being applied in work with friendly countries.
