Former head of Rostovavtodor Degtyaryov detained in corruption case
The former director of Rostovavtodor is suspected of falsifying financial reports to obtain a bonus of over 1.4 million rubles and of transferring 12 million rubles to a football club while the company's debts exceeded 245 million. The Investigative Committee has opened cases of fraud, official forgery and abuse of powers.
