According to Fontanka SPB Online, a traffic jam 6.5 km long formed on the inner side of the ring road, from Moskovskoye Highway to Dachny Prospekt. According to online maps, driving through the section takes almost two hours instead of the usual four minutes. A traffic jam of nearly 3 km on the WHSD was also reported.
