Uzbekistan changes the procedure for accepting completed projects into operation
By a government resolution of Uzbekistan dated October 12, 2026, No. 560, amendments were made to the administrative regulation for state services on the acceptance of completed construction projects and the issuance of permits for their operation. Projects will be accepted for operation directly on the basis of acts of the State Acceptance Commission or clients' working commissions, while before the act is drawn up, the Inspectorate for State Financial Control conducts a mandatory control inspection.
