UN Commission: Israel continued acts of genocide in Gaza after the ceasefire agreement
The Independent International Commission of Inquiry established by the UN Human Rights Council presented a report on 26 October asserting that Israel continued acts of genocide in Gaza even after the ceasefire agreement of October 2025. According to the report, from 10 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, 1,431 people were killed as a result of Israeli strikes in Gaza, including at least 300 children. Israel rejects the commission's findings.
