Krastelev: Banning messengers will not stop the recruitment of teenagers; the fight should target recruiters
Roman Krastelev, coordinator of the Moscow branch of the LDPR, said that banning social networks and messengers will not protect teenagers from being drawn into criminal activity, since criminals will find other channels of communication. He called for focusing on identifying the organizers of recruitment and their financing, and also named signs of recruitment and the role of trust in the family.
