Krasnodar residents secure court-ordered rat treatment of garbage area
Residents of a building on Atarbekova Street in Krasnodar complained for more than a year about rats near the container area, but the administration did not carry out deratization even after a Rospotrebnadzor warning. The Pervomaysky District Court found the inaction unlawful, and the appeal upheld the ruling — the authorities are now obliged to organize sanitary treatment.
